Data Deletion

You can delete your account and its data at any time:

• Sign in and go to Settings → Delete account. This removes your account, projects, conversations, and connected-account tokens from our active systems, and we work to remove associated data across the backends we use. Some copies persist for a limited time in archives and backups and age out on a rolling window.
• Or email [email protected] and we will process your request and confirm when it is complete.

To request a copy of your personal data, or to exercise another privacy right (such as correction, restriction, or objection) under the GDPR, US state privacy laws, or other applicable law, email [email protected]. A limited self-service export is also available in your account settings.

To remove just a connected advertising account (Google Ads or Meta), open the Ads settings in EzCoder and disconnect the account. You can also remove EzCoder from your Meta settings: go to Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, remove EzCoder, and choose to delete your data. Meta then notifies us and we delete the ad-account data we hold for your Meta login.

For an advertising disconnect or a Meta-initiated deletion, we delete the OAuth tokens and ad-account details we obtained through that platform. For a full account deletion, we remove the data described in our Privacy Policy (Section 7, "Data retention and deletion") from our active systems; some copies age out of archives and backups over a limited period.
